Bio:

Alex currently resides in East Nashville, TN where he looks to help educate upcoming musicians and develop the real-world skills needed to be successful in the music industry. His goal is to make learning music fun and create an experience that will have a positive impact on those around him.

Alex Pandolph is a multi-instrumentalist with a wide range of skills acquired throughout his career in the music industry. He began taking piano lessons at age 4 and drum lessons at age 12, and with the help from his musical family and mentors, he quickly became involved in playing on stages with well-seasoned musicians and absorbing their craft. With a homeschooling schedule, he was able to attend events and clinics that helped sharpen his skills and broaden his musical horizons.

At age 15, Alex started teaching beginner students and quickly realized he not only loved to learn but also loved to teach. After attending Stetson University for classical piano, he was brought on as one of the first music teachers at The Music Box in Winter Springs, FL where he would spend the next 10 years of his career teaching piano, drums, and guitar. During this time, he saw the opportunity to have students play music in a more collaborative approach, so he began facilitating house bands to accompany students at recitals and events to give them real-world experience of playing on a stage with others.

In 2017, Alex began working with three sisters to teach and develop their musical skills, eventually calling themselves Hello Sister. While working with the group, the need for many other skills and services arose, and as one who loves to figure things out, he took it upon himself to learn music production, video editing, live-sound mixing, guitar/bass pedal board setups, in-ear monitor rig builds, live-streaming sessions, backtrack and playback programming, and many other tech-related skills. He helped Hello Sister make their early music and video content as well as aided them at many shows across the U.S., including shows in the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, the Surfgirl Pro concert series in Jacksonville, FL and Oceanside, CA, and a tour with the Boys of Summer across the Southeast.
